Blue Moon is the second book in the Immortals series, immediately following Evermore.
Blue Moon picks up where Evermore left off. Ever and Damen seem to be figuring out this relationship stuff, high school, and all of the lessons that come with being immortal. Of course, the peace couldn’t last. Ever finds herself intrigued by the new stranger at school, but not in a good way. Damen begins acting very unusual, and Ever knows the new boy must be behind it. Now, she just has to prove it. In the process she finds out some pretty intense stuff about Damen’s past. Can she handle it, and what will she do about it now that she knows?
I didn’t like Blue Moon nearly as much as I liked Evermore. I felt like the story was really slow to start and then was rushed and a little confusing near the end. I definitely like Ever and some of the things that I learned about her character from this book. I can’t say the same for the other characters. I am interested to see where the story goes from here, so I will most likely read the rest in the series.
